We build prep from official rulebooks. MESO 2025–26 (Milpitas Elementary Science Olympiad) is live. Bay Area Elementary Science Olympiad 2027 is in progress — see its events. Other Science Olympiads are added on request, at no extra cost. Click here to request your state / school based science olympiad customization.
Q·03How does Premium billing work?

Q·04How does the AI Coach work?
It’s scoped to your kid’s topic and grade band. It won’t answer off-topic questions — by design.
Q·05Can my kid share their account with a friend?
Each account is personalized — the AI coach adapts to that kid’s strengths and weak areas, and practice tests adjust difficulty based on their history. Sharing an account loses that personalization. Accounts are limited to one active session at a time.
Q·06How does Cipher Lab (Codebusters) work?
Cipher Lab is built into the Codebusters Topic Prep Space — pure JS engine for all 7+ competition cipher types, real Science Olympiad scoring (≤2 errors = full credit), no AI dependency. If Codebusters is one of the topics on your plan, you have it.
Q·07Does it work on Chromebooks?
Yes. Fully browser-based — no downloads, no app store. Works on Chromebooks, iPads, phones, and laptops.
Q·08I didn’t get my verification code. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — our verification email sometimes lands there because our sending domain is new and email providers are cautious about it for the first few weeks. The code is valid for 10 minutes. If you still don’t see it, go back to the signup page, re-enter the same email and password you used, and we’ll resend a fresh code. Still stuck? Email support@olyprep.com and we’ll verify you manually.
Q·09What if my kid uses a Chromebook from school?
OlyPrep works on any Chromebook — there’s nothing to install. But school-managed Chromebooks sometimes have admin restrictions that block external sites or block emails from outside services (including our verification codes). For the smoothest experience, sign up with a personal email and use OlyPrep on a personal device at home.

Email support@olyprep.com for billing, login, account, or anything that isn’t working right. For partnerships, press, or school/district inquiries, use hello@olyprep.com. For everything else, contact@olyprep.com. We’re a small team — usually reply within a day. Once you’re signed in, you can also use the feedback button (bottom right) to send a quick note.
Q·11Can I use a school email to sign up?
We recommend using a personal email — Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook, anything — instead of a school-issued one. School and district email systems often block verification codes from outside services as a security measure, and you won’t be able to verify your account. We’ve seen this happen.
