Division B — one rulebook, every state's middle schools
Science Olympiad's middle-school division (grades 6–9) runs on a single national rulebook, through regional and state tournaments in every state. The 2027 manual lists 23 events; we read each against OlyPrep's topics. Here is what matches, what's partly there, and what isn't yet.

OlyPrep is built to the Bay Area Elementary Science Olympiad's rules. The Division B manual is on soinc.org — we link, we don't copy. Where the scope overlaps, the practice is the same; where it doesn't, we'd rather say so than hand your kid the wrong material.
